3. Cancellation and Refunds:

• Design fees are non-refundable once work has begun on a project.
• Clients may cancel a project before work begins with a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits.
• If a project is cancelled after work has begun, a pro-rated fee based on completed work will be charged.

4. Intellectual Property:

• All content on the website, including text, images, and designs, is the property of B Design, LLC or its licensors.
• You may not use any of the content without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties:

• The website and services are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind.
• We do not warrant that the website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We are not responsible for any damages that may arise from your use of the website or services.
